YOGALATES

This workout is a creative mix between pilates and boxing geared towards women with a mental and physical goal of attaining a sleek, sexy and powerful self image. The powerful feeling of boxing, throwing solid punches, then transferring your body movements into pilates and feeling like a ballerina. Both are extreme workouts, yet both share the common ground of working from the core region.

The training can be personal training or in small classes from 2 up to 6 people
The costs for personal training are depending from the location around 250 hrv.
The costs for the classes depend on the class size and range from 80 to 150 hrv.
