A training without extensive equipment or preparation – all you need is a mat and a space of 4 sqm! Get in shape wherever you want – in your office or at home or any available room – just start right now! Get the body you ever wanted! I wholeheartedly promise that you will thoroughly enjoy your workout & create long, lean muscles at the same time!
My own story
After 2 pregnancies, with two small children - a long break from sports: I lost my figure – my waist was gone, my tummy felt like a front bag, bottom and thighs – a nightmare… I gained 9 kilos and could not get rid of it. I felt sapless, frustrated and hopeless.
What can you do when you are in your 40ties? Is it something you have to accept?
NO – I was not ready to. I told myself: You are an experienced Pilates-teacher. You can do it! And it did! Within a period of 8 weeks with 4 times of Pilates-training a week I lost these nasty 9 kilos. And my body transformed from “ o gosh” to “wow”!
I am now happy, self confident and full of energy. And I know: Joseph Pilates was right. IT WORKS!
Now I want to give other women that feeling of happiness, contentedness and power.
